The Knox dry rubs I ordered have arrived safely and in good shape. Loved the aroma from the box when I opened it and as a result of this I lost a couple of boxes to friends who were here! I was going to wait until tomorrow to try the barbecue rub, but I couldn't resist. I acquired a skirt steak from a high quality butcher. I mixed a little of the rub with a couple of Tablespoons of olive oil and left it for 4 hours to marinate. I cooked it on my charcoal grill with some oak wood and it was absolutely superb. I made a few steaks as I was trying out other different products, and I can safely say it was the tastiest steak on the barbecue. So many thanks!

I received the Knox dry rubs and have tried them out a couple of times. They are great! The marinade on your website using chipotle rub and orange juice, is great for chicken.
