Great on all meats, as Rufus Teague says "A man doesn't need a smart brain to cook, just a smart tongue." A perfect addition to the award winning Rufus Teague sauces.
These spices are made by our friends at The OUTDOOR CHEF in Lubbock Texas. They are BEST, we found, for all around BBQ and grilling. We love them and we're sure you will love them too!
Rufus Teague Ingrediants:
Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Spices, Paprika, Dry Garlic, Dry Onion, Chili Pepper, Caramel Color, W / Less than 2% Silicone Dioxide and /or Soybean Oil added to prevent caking.

Rufus Teague Directions

Lightly coat with olive oil or mustard then generously sprinkle Rufus Teague Spice on all side of meat 15 minutes before grilling. Sear both sides on high heat adjust heat down for remaining cooking time.

Vegetables: Toss vegetables in oil and sprinkle on Rufus Teague Seasoning to taste.

Also great on fish.
